Party On in Jordan Downs

 

Party On in Jordan Downs is a monthly program that will allow Children Mending Hearts to make sure that the families we work with to have an event they can look forward each month. These parties will include a gamut of activities from fun art projects for our students to food or other critical items that they need. It also will be a great opportunity for people or companies who want to give back. Each monthly’s event will include volunteer and naming opportunities, as well as other promotional and media assets for every donor who supports this campaign.

  • Our students receive personalized gifts, play games, and make crafts that they can then give as valentine’s days gifts.

  • Our kids will use their literacy & performance skills to honor Black leaders through a spoken word show.

  • The Bunny visits the Jordan downs community so each kid can get an easter basket, do crafts, play games, and more.

  • Our students keep a garden year-round, and Earth day will allow them to connect more with environmentalism.

  • The Jordan Downs Community will come together for food, games, music, and more to celebrate and enjoy.

  • We will honor our student’s mother figures with activities and gifts for these incredible women in our community.

  • A fun day to celebrate the dad figures in our student’s lives, full of activities and food that all dads will love!

  • A day of learning and celebration with music, vendors, food, and more with the help of other community organizations.

  • A day of fun for our students, with food, games, prizes, art projects, and more for the 4th of July.

  • Food, activities, and much more to celebrate and honor our friends of hispanic population in Jordan Downs.

  • Painting pumpkins, costumes, candy, and much more! A (not-too) spooky fun day with our students for halloween.

 

  • Backpacks and school supplies are given to hundreds of children in Jordan downs, plus games, food, and more.

  • To support families in watts at thanksgiving, we give out hundreds of turkeys and side dishes so no plate is empty.

 
 

  • Santa comes and brings with him snow -- and gifts for hundreds of kids! A winter wonderland with games, food, and activities.

 

  • Inclusion on any official press release, media tip sheets, post-event releases

  • Social media exposure through Facebook and Instagram

  • Everything included in previous sponsorship levels

  • Name/logo on all Jordan Downs Center event videos

  • Name/logo displayed on all event signage

  • Everything included in previous sponsorship levels

  • Name displayed as a member of the host committee on one event’s promotional materials

  • Hands-on volunteer opportunities at each event

  • Media assets from each event will be shared

  • Name/logo displayed on all Jordan Downs Center event promotional materials

  • Name/logo with link to sponsor webpage on CMH and JDC webpage

  • Everything included in previous sponsorship level

 

Sponsorship benefits involving promotional materials, signage, etc are provided if enough notice is given before the event. If there isn’t enough time to implement for the chosen event, discussion may be had about accommodations or moving support to another event.
